Website Rebuild

Full rebuild of executionspace.com. WordPress FSE child theme (exe-2025, child of Twenty Twenty-Five) on WP Engine. Design phase complete — 23 approved comps in the prototype. WP build well underway.

Current state (audit 2026-06-12, staging @ 1fd5370)

Done: 28 FSE templates (core, case studies, hubs, 8 service-detail pages, utility pages), 22 block patterns (home, case study, reusable sections), grain overlay, star field, sticky header, scroll reveal.

Still to build: About, Pricing, Team, FAQ, Testimonials patterns; Program Detail (blocked on form plugin decision); Shopify Apps Index + App Landing; page-landing.html; 500.html; SEO metadata + schema.

Backlog is stale

All GitHub issues remain open even where work shipped. Verify against the repo before picking up an issue.

Dev workflow

feature branch (blake/theme-dev, erik, ...)
    → PR to staging
    → WP Engine auto-deploys staging site
    → Milton reviews
    → main (production)

Never push directly to staging or main. Design-intent questions → Milton Waddams. Architecture → Brad Ryan.

Design system

Tokens live in theme.json — never hardcode values. Web palette: accent #FFCD05, black #0A0A0A, true-black #050505, off-white #F7F6F2, bg-dark #1A1A1A, text-muted #7A7A7A. Fonts: Figtree + DM Mono. Scale: H0 96 / H1 64 / H2 48 / H3 40 / H4 32 / H5 24.
